Hunter Pro — Privacy Policy

1. The short version

Hunter Pro is an augmented-reality deer-hunting game for iOS. We do not require an account, we operate no servers, and we never receive or store your personal data on systems we control. Your camera feed is processed on your device and never leaves it. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics. The data practices described below belong to the Apple services the App uses (Game Center, iCloud, and the App Store), each acting under Apple's own privacy policy.

3. Camera and augmented reality

Hunter Pro requires camera access to render the AR experience. The camera feed and Apple ARKit's derived spatial data (device motion, detected floor and surfaces) are processed on your device, in real time, only while you play. The App does not record, store, or transmit the camera feed or any spatial map of your surroundings. The optional torch simply turns on your device's flashlight for dim rooms and involves no data.

4. Screen recordings and replays

The in-game camcorder lets you record your own hunt using Apple ReplayKit. Recordings are made only when you start them, are handled by iOS, and stay on your device unless you choose to save or share them. The microphone is not captured. End-of-hunt shot replays are rendered on your device from the hunt's own data and are never transmitted to us.

5. iCloud sync

Your season progress (levels completed, stars earned, and your purchase entitlement) is saved on your device and mirrored to Apple's iCloud key-value storage so it follows you across your own devices. This data lives in your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/); we cannot read it. Turning off iCloud Drive for the App in iOS Settings keeps progress on the device only.

6. Apple Game Center

If you are signed into Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center nickname, avatar, scores, and achievements to run leaderboards under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Your nickname and scores may be visible to other players per your Game Center settings. Playing offline or signed out disables these features; the game remains playable.

7. Purchases

The optional full season ("The Full Season") is a one-time purchase processed entirely by Apple through the App Store, with Family Sharing supported. We never receive your payment details. Apple's purchase records are governed by Apple's privacy policy.

8. Data retention

We retain nothing, because we hold nothing. Apple retains Game Center, iCloud, and purchase data under its own published policies.

9. Children

Hunter Pro is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests concerning Game Center, iCloud, or purchase data should go to Apple; we will help direct you if you contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be flagged in the App or its App Store listing.
